I built data products at Collective Health. Prior to this, I worked as a cloud solutions consultant, implementing enterprise-scale solutions across various cloud platforms including AWS and IBM Cloud. Currently, I'm cracking the Instagram and YouTube algorithms. Outside of work, you'll find me staying active through swimming, squash, and tennis, while pursuing my passion for wearable technology and its applications.
Selected work
A configuration-driven Python ETL system that replaced nearly a hundred manual outbound integrations. Everything about an integration — logic, formatting, and delivery — lives in a single config file, so the team ships and onboards partners in a fraction of the time. I prototyped it in my first month and proved it out on a live integration.
Lead engineer on the first FDA EUA authorized, single-use, PCR-quality over-the-counter COVID-19 test reporting application — professional-grade testing brought directly to consumers.
Architected ASCAP's real-time cue-sheet distribution across its platforms on Apache Kafka, with reusable application templates and infrastructure standards for the wider team.
Built a PCI-certified payment processing system on the J.P. Morgan Chase API, with nightly settlement jobs running on AWS Batch and Spring Boot microservices on AWS.
Migrated 100 endpoints from IBM WebSphere to Spring Boot and mapped a microservices path for an application serving 600,000+ monthly active users, on Django and Kubernetes.
Built an ingestion pipeline for the SPINS retail and CPG market dataset, with CI/CD automation in Travis CI moving data into WorldQuant's systems for downstream modeling.
An early AI learning and automation platform built on IBM Watson as an NYIT Presidential Fellowship project — exploring applied AI back in 2015, well before the current wave.
